At Echelon Press, we currently offer each of our downloads in three formats—PDF/Adobe, HTML/Web, PML/Palm-eReader.

We are not the best place to learn about e-books, but we would like to offer you a brief outlook on what we offer.

Echelon works on the honor system with our e-books, making them available for printing after purchase. We ask that you not share the files or printed pages with your friends as it deprives the author of their hard earned royalties and Echelon of the income necessary to continue producing high quality books for our loyal readers.

Adobe Reader is the most popular format and is available for both Windows and Macintosh. In some instances, and possibly with additional software, PDF files can be on Pocket PC and Palm devices.

This is the most accessible of all e-book formats in that you only need a computer with browser capabilities. We encourage you to check the conversion requirements for your personal handheld device, as many of them may also allow you to use HTML format for reading.

When you purchase e-Books from Echelon Press, they are for your personal use. Your purchase of a single download does not allow you the legal right to copy, distribute, sell, share, or rent that download to any other persons or organizations by e-mail, electronic duplication, or any other method. You may print a copy for your personal used, but may not distribute that or any other copy others. By doing so, you will be in violation of copyright law and may be subject to fines or imprisonment. By distributing "illegal" copies you are violating the good faith efforts of the authors and publisher, and denying them the necessary financial compensation required to advance their careers and maintain the highest possible quality product.
